When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 2-5 business days for us to print and fulfill your order, prior to shipment. It can take on average between 1-3 weeks for the purchased items to reach your doorstep depending on where you are based, and potentially longer due to delays out of our control (especially during the Christmas holiday season). What we can promise is that you will get your item.
Why does it take 1 to 3 weeks for me to receive my order?
We are a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means we don’t hold any inventory and we actually work with production partners to produce our inventory as needed. So, as our customers place orders with us, we place orders with our suppliers to produce the items for them!
We do this to keep our costs low, and quality high!
Plus, this model helps the planet by preventing overproduction. Did you know the clothing sector overproduces items by 30-40% each season? That accounts for around 10% of global carbon emissions! Also, clothing waste takes up to 5% of all landfill space worldwide. Thanks for understanding and for helping us help the planet.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet. Sorry! We are currently working with partner companies to make it possible to ship internationally. We will advertise through our social media platforms and e-mails as soon as this service is available.
Where do your clothes ship from?
We partner with a print company that has several locations in Canada. Where an order is shipped from depends on the product and the destination.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We accept returns on the following scenarios only:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will not accept returns for the wrong size or color. If you have questions about our products, please view our size & fit guide before placing your order, or contact us prior to the purchase.
We will provide a free replacement for any item returned because of a manufacturing defect, damage during shipment, or delivery failure.
How do I return a defective or damaged item?
You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We may ask you to send us pictures of the defective/damaged item.
We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

What if I change my mind?
Sorry but all sales are final. In Canada, there is no federal law mandating that online retailers must accept returns for non-defective products. This means that, as an online store, we are not legally obligated to offer returns unless the item is defective.Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer a refund or any type of credits.
If your item came with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping we will provide you with a free replacement.
What happens if I input the wrong address?
If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your order is lost, the package may be returned to us. In that scenario, if you would like them to be sent to the correct address, you would be responsible for any additional reshipment fee.
If your item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you once by email, and if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your item will be donated to charity.
